Welcome Chez Pauline & Co!
Previously named Fromagerie Blanchard, a famous cheesemonger in Bergerac, the shop is now owned by Pauline Pickett (whom you may know under her maiden name, Pauline Treillard) since April 2023, following Monsieur Blanchard’s well-deserved retirement.
Having worked here for a few years, Pauline’s passion for cheese made taking over the business the obvious next step.
Following renovation work that took place these last few weeks, the shop reopened on Wednesday, 4 October 2023, under its new name Chez Pauline & Co.
Our team is eager to see you again and present you with our fabulous selection of cheeses, charcuteries and other delicious products. Classics and novelties await at 10 rue Sainte-Catherine in Bergerac.
